If you are one of those people, we want to hear from you. We are looking to build a team of bloggers to submit weekly content. Whether it be photographs of development projects, personal experiences, or ICT4D news, VOA4SD has a place for youth aspiring to take hold of the challenges facing Africa and speak up.
