We do this by selecting the most appropriate technologies to solve specific development challenges. In some cases such as our menstrual pads project, the technology is old and known, just being applied in a new way. In the case of 3D printers for medical technologies and other applications, a newer technology is being used in innovative ways to address immediate needs. Each problem requires its own culturally sensitive approach. Voices of Africa Foundation also looks forward to the future with long term edible and essential oils and agriculture programs to sustainably feed women and children in Africa.
