Rock City Charity Iftar & Eid Mubarak!!

This month, Ramadhan has been a blessing to Chez Kristo Home. First, we are greatful to The Muslim Hands-France, who has sponsored our work here in Mwanza-Tanzania. They have paid our rent and provided food and school fees to our children, who would otherwise end up on the streets, relapsing into illitracy, neglected, homeless, cold and hungry.

Rock City Eye Magazine’s Director, Mr. Victor Deogratias, also mobilised all his friends to give food and clothes donation to our childrens home during their Iftar. The weight of their compassionate act has put smiles on the faces of our children and impressed a lasting bond of brotherhood between our running team and theirs. We were also privilaged to meet the mayor of Mwanza City, Mr.Stanlaus Mabula at the function. He generously gave a book donation and pledged his unwavering support to our childrens home, while echoing a profound call of action in aid of the needy street children.

We are also greatful to Mrs. Jeanne Watley & Mr.Peter Blackshaw, who donated a goat and the foodstuff for the celebration, this would not have been possible without their generous contributions.
